About Me: I am a millennial adviser, trainer, and leader. There’s so much power and potential in the youth that I continue to immerse myself in. As a young person myself, I love working with and for the youth especially on matters concerning peace, development, and digital literacy whether in my community or in the Philippines as a whole. The efforts I give back to my community spring from the wonderful journey I have. And there’s no turning back.

A few sentences on your Peer to Peer: Facebook Global Digital Challenge program experience: My P2P journey has always been about coming full circle. In 2016, I started out as I Am Mindanao’s campaign writer. In 2017, I became a team leader. Thereafter until today, I have been serving as the campaign adviser. The journey has been priceless. I learned and unlearned; I became better at many things. Truly, I Am Mindanao and P2P has been part of me more than I have become part of them. And I could not ask for more.

A few sentences on why your project so important/impactful: A successful digital initiative is one that has been tested not only by the numbers but more importantly by time. It has withstood various challenges; has overcome many obstacles; and has left a lasting impact in people and in diverse communities young and old. That is exactly what I Am Mindanao is all about.
