Intelligence Analysis

I received my M.A in International Politics and Military Affairs from The Citadel in 2020 and will complete my Graduate Certificate in Intelligence Analysis this summer 2021. I received my B.A. in International Relations from Saint Michael’s College in Burlington, Vermont, in 2018. Currently, I teach middle school literature and high school leadership studies at a private school in Beaufort, South Carolina. My goal is to pursue a career in foreign relations and intelligence analysis.

“Working on Mission in Transition as part of I2P was a challenging but rewarding experience. My group found little research on our topic, which meant we had to find information ourselves. While this made our research process more difficult, it also was a sign that we were pursuing a question that still needed an answer. I2P challenged my classmates and me as researchers and problem-solvers in a way I did not anticipate!” - Victoria

Mission in Transition is particularly important to me because of the huge impact the military has had on my life. My family is steeped in the Marine Corps way of life, and I have always worn my status as a military brat with honor. Even for a dependent like myself, leaving a military base for a college campus was a difficult transition. Military identities are strong and enduring, and I hope Mission in Transition can help connect those leaving the military find their footing in their new way of life.
