I work at the Medical University of South Carolina in the Adult Emergency Department and Level 1 Trauma Center while completing the Master of ISS Program at The Citadel. Combining my education and professional experiences, I have an immense passion for service and helping others. Engaging daily with strangers of diverse backgrounds in their time of need fueles my desire to transition to a career in violence prevention and national security. In my free time, I find nothing more relaxing than reading on the beach or spending time in the water.

Recent events have demonstrated and exacerbated an observed gap in accessible veteran services. Mission In Transition directly impacts the future American veteran by eliminating the laborious research for diverse local veteran based organizations and services. Through engagement during the transition out of the armed forces, Mission In Transition works to reduce potential isolation by illustrating veteran organizations and events, promoting professional networking, and local community service opportunities.
