About Me: My name is Naseem and I come from the most beautiful part of the world known as Kashmir. I am a student of Management Sciences, currently pursuing my Doctoral Degree (Ph. D) in Management Studies from Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University, Rajouri. Apart from my education, I have represented my state J&K in Martial Arts at national level. By and large I am a fun loving, easy going, passionate and ambitious yet highly organized person.

A few sentences on your Peer to Peer: Facebook Global Digital Challenge program experience: I have been a part of the Peer to Peer: Facebook Global Digital Challenge program earlier in fall 2017 and now as well and have had a wonderful experience with these programs. The interaction between the organizers and the participants has indeed enhanced both in volume, as well as in quality. These programs have not only inspired us to work out something positive for the society, but also has created a sense of standing against the shortcomings and negative effects of the human development, and to lead the world towards a peaceful future. 

A few sentences on why your project so important/impactful: Under this program all the activities we carried out whether online or offline were strictly target oriented and were tailored exactly as per the perceived needs of the audiences so as to connect in a better manner and to have a greater influence. Our project has been carefully planned and implemented in a way in order to reach out to more people and to ensure that the information that we provide reached the target audience. Our activities have received overwhelming responses from our local audience and their involvement and participation in our activities reflects the impact that our project has made among our audiences.
